The user instructions are, by the 800 help line guy I had to call to get mine going's own description, difficult to follow.
We just ran enough through it to get the automated message to run the de-calcification process on it. Again, the instruction manual is lacking. You must have patience.Beyond that it is a great product and I do recommend it.
Whole bean grind or pre-ground coffee is unparalleled.
Rich flavor of fresh ground is unbeatable.
