(More customer reviews)you need it you want it. this was our upgrade to a true professional level. easy to use and to clean, beautiful Italian styling . what's not too like? Expensive? sure but factor in it's reliability and you save in the long run. The drip tray grate at the back where it touches the machine gets wet and I worry about wear and staining there. but no worries yet. It is a beauty and If you need real coffee in the morning like my family does well worth the price .
Its big beautiful and functional, yes you need a good well controlled burr grinder, fresh roasted coffee. but you want great coffee at home do it you won't be disappointed. go on you use it twice a day anyway. so get the nice machine, don' go second best. get something that will last and pass it down to the kids for college you need good coffee to get through school.
