(More customer reviews)I've had mine for about 3 years and I have cappuccino nearly every day. I love this machine! It works as well now as the day I bought it. I was getting tired of going out for coffee all the time and paying nearly $4 a cup for cappuccino. This is so convenient and easy to use and saves me time... no more lines to wait on!
THe only problem, which isn't really a problem, is that the frother spits out a little hot water until the steamer gets going full force, so I put a paper towel under it to catch the water until it turns to 100% steam before inserting the pitcher. WHen it is done frothing the milk, I use the paper towel to immediately clean the milk off the frother before it has a chance to dry. Ultra-pasteurized milk does not froth as well as pasteurized milk, but that's the fault of the milk, not the machine. I highly recommend this!
